Oklahoma state lawmaker Sally Kern has had to obtain legal representation in the wake of a barrage of tens of thousands of hate-filled emails and threatened lawsuits after she spoke publicly about the dangers of the radical homosexual agenda.During a recent speech at a Republican club meeting, Sooner State Representative Sally Kern said she was concerned that the homosexual agenda would destroy the nation and that the threat the movement poses is as big a threat to the nation as terrorism. She also told how young public school children are being indoctrinated into believing that the homosexual lifestyle is normal.
Reaction to her speech, which was posted on YouTube, was swift from homosexual activists. Kern said she received more than 27,000 emails to her office and home computers, many of them filled with profanity and vulgarity.

Australia will soon lose Easter if the ‘Christian’ socialists have their way. How would you set about annihilating a movement if you had to plan a strategy? The usual approach is to infiltrate people into it to destroy it from the inside. If it were a religion, you would set out to eliminate the primary holy day celebrating its central figure. As campaigners claimed that termination had become just another form of contraception, figures showed that about 1,300 women had at least their fifth last year. Almost 950 of those having a termination had already had four. Almost 200 had already had five, 110 had had six before – and 54 seven or more. At the same time, 61,904 women in England and Wales were having their second abortion last year – up from 58,740 in 2004. The statistics were disclosed by Dawn Primarolo, the Public Health Minister, last night. It is thought that they could influence the first major Parliamentary vote on abortion since 1990, which is expected within weeks.

   I’m sorry but there have been NO lawsuits threatened or lodged against Ms. Kern.

   This claim is just a ploy to take attention away from her comments.

   And your link to documentation is …? A press release from Kern’s office? A retraction on Thomas More’s website that currently reports:

   Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center, a national Christian public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, called Representative Kern “a courageous Christian woman,” and announced today that the Law Center has agreed to represent her in any misguided legal action arising out this controversy. The Law Center will be assisted by its local affiliated attorney, Bill Kumpe. (Link)
