Tennessee Makes Move Against Homeschooling

It appears that my worst suspicions about public education are continuously confirmed these days. So, it isn’t really much of a surprise that the state of Tennessee prefers their employees to come from the dumbed down ranks of students churned out of their indoctrination centers public schools rather than the far more competent home schooled students. Even though home schooled kids scored higher than the robots students churned out by the Nazi’s NEA’s flunkies.

It has come to pass that the State of Tennessee has officially invalidated the high school diplomas of thousands of home-schooled Tennessee kids, at least where it concerns their eligibility to apply for the positions of fireman, police officer, state government employee, even daycare worker — any government job or government controlled position that the state regulates is covered.

The reasoning the Board of Education used to justify this obscene act is almost a sensible sounding one. Since religious schools and home-schools each have their own curriculum that is designed by people not working for the state government (i.e. the state Board of Education), then the state has no real control or input in those curricula. Therefore, the state cannot make the assumption that kids educated in institutions or via home programs meet the standards of an officially recognized state education. Like I said, this almost seems logical until one does a tiny bit of research. Fortunately Tennessean Rob Shearer has done just that.

After all, to sanction home-schooling means the powermongers and indoctrinators in the State would have to give up some level of power to control the minds of our students…

The Inconvenient Facts of Black Racism

In one recent year, the FBI recorded 1.7 million violent acts — murder, manslaughter, rape, and aggravated assault — of interracial crime. Of that figure, nearly 1.2 million involved black-white crime. Ninety percent of these cases involved a black perpetrator and a white victim. Thus, blacks, while comprising 12 percent of the population, committed over one million acts of violent crime against whites. On the other hand, whites, while comprising 70 percent of the population, committed about 100,000 acts of violent crime against blacks.Look at hate crime. In 1995, the FBI recorded 7,947 incidents of hate crimes. But blacks, again while comprising 12 percent of the population, committed 27 percent of hate crimes. Whites, 70 percent of the population, committed 59 percent of hate crimes. And of the nearly one million black violent acts against whites, how many were driven by racial animus?

During the 1992 Los Angeles riots, Damien “Football” Williams assaulted white trucker Reginald Denny. Williams clearly targeted Denny because of his race, even allowing a black motorist to proceed unharmed. But despite hate-crime laws on the books, authorities never charged Williams with a hate crime.

Similarly, when a group of black teenagers assaulted then raped the so-called “Central Park Jogger,” few called the assault a “hate crime.” Instead, many called the attack a case of “wilding,” a practice where a practice where youths go on a rampage.

Are the majority of blacks racist? Of course not, no more so than are the majority of whites. The point here is perspective. When blacks condemn white bigotry, we must be equally vigilant about black bigotry.

The Marine, part of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), was exchanging gunfire with Taliban fighters near Garmser in Afghanistan’s Helmand Province when a Reuters photographer capturedthe soldier’s very close call.

A series of six photos show the Marine, wearing a T-shirt and fatigues but no combat helmet, ducking as insurgent gunfire tears through the top of a mud wall he’s using for cover. Remarkably, the Marine escaped the gunfight without injury. “The insurgents are finding that every time they engage with the Marines, they lose,” Col. Peter Petronzio, commander of the 24th MEU, said in a statement issued May 10.

Newly Discovered Element May Explain Progressives Addiction to Controlling Your Lives

One Muslim School Down, How Many More to Go?

The Central Florida chapter of the United American Committee uncovered a cultural Jihad happening within the Seminole County school system earlier this month. The UAC found out the public school system was allowing a group called A.L.I. (Academy for learning Islam) to speak in the classroom under a program called the Dividends Program & Speakers Bureau. A.L.I. moved its headquarters less than one year ago to Sanford, FL from Canada and has ties to Syria, Iran, and Saudi Arabia.

Upon investigation the U.A.C. of Central Florida uncovered information on their school infiltration plan and notified Eric Rasmussen of Chanel 9 News. Chanel 9 News aired the story speaking to parents, a School Board rep, and Hasnain Kassamali of A.L.I. The overwhelming response from students and parents alike were against the Academy For Learning Islam and their attempts at cultural indoctrination of unsuspecting students to the tenets of Islamic religious and political doctrine.

The Seminole County School Board admitted that A.L.I. missionaries wrongly presented Islam specific religious material in violation of separation of Church and State laws.

Equally unsettling, the three A.L.I. missionaries were never screened before being allowed access to the students in violation of the Dividends Programs safety rules.

The concerned parents and students provided information to the U.A.C. which included a PDF file of a history book that contained approximately 38 pages on Islam but only one each on Christians and Jews. The U.A.C. questions this blatant disregard for equal access when textbooks favor Islam over the other world religions.

540 AM WFLA radio talk show host Bud Heddinger spent one hour discussing the subject. Mr. Heddinger’s producer contacted A.L.I. to get their side of the story but nobody would agree to an interview.

BREAKING NEWS: The Academy For Learning Islam (A.L.I.) has been permanently removed the Dividends and Speaker’s Bureau programs of the Seminole County Public School System. We are extremely proud of this victory and could not have done it alone. All the people who wrote emails, made phone calls, and spoke to the school board, your messages were heard loud and clear. This is a significant accomplishment removing A.L.I.s’ access to Seminole County students after repeatedly violating the school boards rules.

When Muslims Attack…Americans Shrug

If this news team would have reported that they were attacked by Christians when trying to report violations of church and state, this incident would have been elevated to national news. But Americans, including the ACLU, seem quite content to allow Islam to gain a foothold in our schools.

Defensive or Offensive Jihad

The issue at stake is the deep gap between the horrific acts of terrorism coming from the Global Jihad groups, and at the same time the propagation coming from the Islamists in eloquent English and in total terms: firstly, that Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance hijacked by extremists; secondly, that there is only one Jihad, the spiritual, that means to worship Allah; and thirdly that the Muslims are ordered to fight their enemies only defensively, as they are themselves attacked.

The stunned “free world” witnesses the hideous and atrocious acts of terror, slaughters, beheadings and extreme violence, and at the same time is being told that this is retaliation for the Western colonialism and neo-imperialism, or that these groups are a small minority, mere weeds in a bigger garden. The “free world” is also being told that the acts of terror of the Jihadists and the threats of demolishing modernity of the 21^st century and bringing it back to the 7^th century are only because they defend their lands and their families and their honor against Western aggression.

The question that we must answer is, Jihad defensive or offensive? The answer will be given by analyzing Islamic sources and Muslim exegetes as compared to contemporary Islamist propagators of ideas in the West.

The Arab-Islamic terrorist organizations’ strategy against the “free world” is comprised of two parallel but coordinated arms: Jihad – a holy war against the infidels, and Da`wah – the persuasion and conviction means by which to join Islam. Both are intended to achieve the same objectives; both are used at the same time by different perpetrators and against different targets; both are important stages in the march of Islamic rule; and between both, Da`wah is the more dangerous to the “free world”.

Islam, Tribalism and Progressives

I have always been viscerally repelled by the idea of a “collective”. The phrase “for the greater good” has the same affect on my nerves as fingernails clawing a chalkboard. Even when I hear groups of people reciting mantras or slogans in unison, I am reminded of brain dead zombies. During my reprobate days as a hippie I remained baffled what the hell the appeal of a commune was. Why the hell would I want strangers sharing the bounty of my work?. Especially when it is an inevitability that a good portion of that group are likey to be slackers who are more than willing to coast on other people’s efforts.

There is nothing that makes me more inclined to put someone’s lights out than their presumption that I owe them, or society, a damn thing. For those who revel in humanity , who get goose bumps at the thought of a group hug, fine and dandy. Find yourself a commune and get your collective rocks off. But don’t you dare impose that farcical construct on the rest of society. I worship free will. I embrace individualism with every fiber of my being. And any group, muslims or progressives, who dare suggest that they own a part of me, can kiss my singular ass.

So, you can imagine how cloying and perverse I find this Obama crowd and their “We Are One” mentality. More so, I find it alarming that this compulsion towards tribalism is a signature feature of muslim/arab society.

I ran into an article that I printed out a few years back on the “arab personality” that, at the time, provided me with much needed insight into the behavior of Islamists. It’s worth reading if you want to get a grasp of the muslims inverted sense of honor as well as their disconcerting similarities to the left. It appears that mohammad (spit) found in Arabs a society quite amenable to the claustrophobic conrtol that Islam exerts, just as the left finds comfort in such fatuous notions of “the greater good” or the idea of sacrificing “the one for the all.”

Here are a couple excerpts:

Arab society is tribal-nomadic, with its outstanding trait being clan loyalty and the anarchy of the desert. Most of its values were shaped in the jahiliyah age before Islam. The important values in Arab conceptions and behavior reflect the pre-Islamic ideals. In the jahiliyah age, “The Arabs did not know Allah and his Messenger and the rules of the religion.”

Despite their desert character, the city was the Arabs’ focus of change and political activity. Mecca was a center of trade and pilgrimage, since it was on the caravan routes. Religion had secondary importance in jahili society. Religious customs were observed out of tradition and feelings of respect for forefathers, but religion was fetishist, and values were fatalistic, out of absolute faith in the decrees of fate. Secular values took a central place, and were expressed in the concept of manliness (muruwwah), which meant the whole set of traits of a perfect Bedouin. The most important framework was preserving tribal solidarity (`asabiyyah). The tribe was the foundation for personal and group existence.

The critical phenomenon in its importance to Arab-Islamic society is honor. A man’s honor is sharaf. It is flexible, dynamic, and subject to change in accord with his deeds. A woman’s honor is `ird (also meaning her pelvis). In contrast to a man’s honor, this is firm and permanent. The woman grows up with her honor, and her most important role is to preserve it.

The moment that a woman’s honor is lost, it cannot be restored, and a man’s honor is severely wounded. Indeed, Muslim society is based on the virginity of its daughters. Honor is the most important supreme value in Arab life, more important than life itself. A man without honor is considered dead. Hence the saying, “It is better to die with honor than live with humiliation.” A man’s place in the tribe, as well as the tribe’s place among the tribes, was according to the measure of his and its honor. When honor was harmed, shame was caused which originated in public exposure, overt to everyone, a phenomenon which severely humiliated a man. Indeed, the Arab individual is caught up throughout his whole life in intensive activity to avoid shame and advance his honor. The central means for this was vengeance. Honor is restored only when vengeance has been carried out in public and is known to all.

Tribal tradition and clan loyalty had dominant influence in society. Likewise significant were blood ties within the extended family or the tribe, which determined group loyalties and identifications. Most of these social traits exist to this day, and influence the functioning of Arab society as a primordial system in which symbolic values are more important and esteemed than concrete values and the overall, holistic system of beliefs. This is “a shame society”, in which everyone must behave according to the accepted norms and internalize his own feelings in the system of group behavior.

After reading this post, and so many others these past few weeks, I’ve come to the conclusion that Obama cannot lose. Oh, he might lose the election, but what he represents for America will claim victory regardless.Let’s say that the progressives, represented by Obama, do lose the general election. What’s their response going to be? Racism. That old worn out saw is going to be paraded again throughout the social conscience of America. Is it a lie? Yes, but what does the truth have to do with it?

Let’s say that the progressives win the general election, then what? They’ll make a claim of moral victory as they throw the country into sociological tailspin, pushing every left wing agenda they can imagine starting with legislation and the federal court systems. It’s easy to blame the eunuch’s of the GOP, the extreme ranting of the progressives (Kos Kids), the socialist mindset of our universities, the Islamic invasion happening world wide for the past 40 years, the failure of the Christian church to actually believe/act upon the Word of God (Bible), the economy or last nights pizza. I’m sure all have had some effect, there’s enough blame for everyone to get a ’super-sized portion’, but blame is not the issue. The world is about to change, drastically.

As I set here listening to NPR news and the propaganda they’re shoveling today, I wonder how we’ll look back on the first decade of this millennium. Will Americans accept the loss of their freedoms quietly like Europe has? Will we become a bunch of whiners like the Islamic’s have and reconquer our freedoms through legal manipulation? Bullets are not the answer, but a groundswell of indignation from the vast silent majority would change things.

One final point: Were you aware that during the American Revolution less than 1/3 of men of fighting age actually fought in those battles long ago? And what did they accomplish? They kicked the ASS of the greatest military power of the age!!! It’s not a good thing to make America angry, eh? Why do you think Osama hasn’t attacked a second time? My guess is the next attack is going to ring America’s bell – or – that will be his intent.

I know it is useless to imagine that Barack Hussein Obama owns a pair of balls, but if he did, he would dis-invite this two bit race huckster, Mr. Caca Doudou Diene, and while his foot is kicking this meddling euro-trash out the door, he could remind the fool that America has done more for so-called civil rights than any nation on earth. That Bush has designated billions for AIDS in Africa, that he himself is an example of how a black man can be chosen as a stooge for Soros as a presidential contender, that slavery began by Arabs and Africans 1000 years before whitey ever thought about it, was ended by the West, that Mr. Caca Doudou can just turn his odoriferous self right around and investigate some real racism as currently practiced in the Middle East.

But then, Barack Obama doesn’t believe that, does he? Remember, neither Obama nor his wretched wife are proud to be Americans. Obama has been living and breathing Marxism and loony black liberation theology all of his life. See, Obama believes America is racist and must do penance. And we haven’t even heard much about reparations yet. Don’t worry, it’s coming.

At any rate, he’d probably get in trouble with Michelle for defending America. It is quite apparent that she suffers under the delusion that she is somehow still oppressed. Yeah, all of our oppressed blacks in America make 350K a year.

In fact, my guess is that Michelle will volunteer to be Mr. Caca’s Doudou’s tour guide. Rev. Wright will host the scumbag in his 10 million dollar mansion (in a typical white racist neighborhood), and Michael Moore will film the tour.

And you are thinking of voting “progressive”??? Because that group of self-flagellating globalist scalawags are more than happy to throw this country under the UN bus and into the maws of some International Court. ReProgressives are just begging to be spanked to assuage all their hand wringing “guilt”. They aren’t in the least offended that America’s sovereignty is weakened in each instance that they grant the UN even an implied right to meddle in our affairs. And they will be more than happy to overlook the gross hypocrisy that this bloody UN lackey hales from Senegal, a nation rife with “human rights” violations and awash in the blood of mutilated female genitalia.

…the Government, at times, limited the freedoms of speech and association. Domestic violence and discrimination against women, female genital mutilation (FGM), child labor and trafficking in persons remained problems.

And I won’t even begin to speculate which asshole in the State Department allows this travesty. Who ever it is should be shot, but then, the entire State Department deserves to be lined up against the wall.
Perhaps Mr. Caca Doudou ought to start his “racism” investigation with Mr. Obama himself. “Barack’s Obama’s Forgotten People” makes my point…

Global Warming Gore Whores are Goring America (Elites Excluded)

There is pending in the United States Senate a monstrosity that gives some serious meaning to the facetious wisecrack that Americans are safer when Congress is out of session. As usual, Senator James Inhofe (R-Okla.), Ranking Member and former Chairman of the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee (EPW), is doing much of the heavy lifting in the name of down-to-earth sanity in citing the monstrosity’s many flaws.
S-2191, the Lieberman-Warner “cap and trade” bill (scheduled for Senate debate shortly after Memorial Day) would require companies to cut greenhouse gas emissions to 2005 levels by the year 2012. By 2020, those emissions are mandated to return to 1990 levels. And industrial America is expected to reduce emissions to 65% below 1990 levels by the year 2050. This is all in the name of the hoax known as “man-made global warming.” That’s the “cap.”
Gore’s mansion sets the example
The theory behind “cap and trade” is that companies cutting their emissions below their legal limit can sell their excess emissions rights to other parties. That’s the “trade.” Every time Al Gore’s environmental hypocrisy is nailed, he replies he purchases emissions “credits” from other parties in order to operate his huge energy-hog mansion in Nashville. That’s the model for this bill
The small print: the cap and trade “problem”
For starters, just by its very nature, Warner-Lieberman supplies more weight to the already horrific pressures to make your personal wallet or purse considerably lighter. The congressional Budget Office (CBO) says the bill would create $1.2 trillion in government spending over the next 10 years alone.
But while government spending goes up, household income will go down, possibly by nearly $3,000 in 2020 and more than double that amount by 2030. Senator Inhofe figures families in his state of Oklahoma will be stuck with paying $3,298 for the increased cost of gasoline and energy.
Poor families would get the worst of it. Liberal politicians — who claim their hearts bleed for the poor — apparently figure they, themselves, won’t be adversely affected by the higher energy bills that will hit low income families, who already pay 5 times as much of their monthly budgets on energy (19%) as do wealthier families (4%).
And don’t forget the pain at the pump. A study by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) projects that gasoline prices will soar by 53 cents a gallon by the time the full effects of Lieberman-Warner kick in.

Jobs? Forget it. You will be lucky just to keep the one you have because if you lose it, you’ll have a harder time getting another one. Senator Inhofe cites an Independent Energy Information Administration (IEIA) study as forecasting a 9.5% drop in manufacturing and higher energy costs under L/W, and that it will be worse unless we build 350 nuclear plants by 2030. (Note: This column has advocated building nuclear plants as a substitute for begging on our hind legs from the oil-rich countries that hate us.)
Under Lieberman/Warner, America stands to lose jobs in the millions.

Senator Boxer is sure to put on a great show of fighting mightily for the measure in Senate debate, she is really not interested in passing Lieberman-Warner (S-2191) in 2008. She has been quoted as saying the media and UN climate alarmists are doing such a great job of burying the public with the myth of man-made “global warming” that she would actually rather let the issue simmer out there for a couple of election cycles — hopefully to knock off members of Congress who are willing to break up the charade by pointing out that the Goebbels-like “climate change” propagandists are the proverbial emperors with no clothes.
