Liberal Laughability.

A post at Daily Pundit.

First, the good news:

2nd suspect in home robbery found dead

Police said they may have found the body of a suspect who tried to rob a Phoenix home earlier this week.

Travis Jarred, 35, was found dead Friday in a home near Thomas Road and 43rd Avenue. Officials said he appeared to be deceased for several days.

Unfortunately what follows – the last four grafs of this article by “Beth Duckett” – contains some of the stupidest bits of “journalism” it has ever been my displeasure to read:

Armed with a rifle and knife, the men fought with Williams and stabbed him. Williams was able to retrieve a handgun and shoot the two suspects, killing Martinez.

Jarred, apparently injured from the gunshot, fled the scene in a white sedan. Police did not say if the wound caused his death.

Williams, whose stab wounds were non-life threatening, has not been charged in the case.

Police have not determined a motive in the robbery.

Police didn’t say whether his gunshot wounds caused his death because they assumed most people would have more brains than you do, Ms. Duckett. I have no idea why you think that the victim’s stab wounds weren’t life threatening, unless you think that somehow should make him liable for the results of shooting these two thugs to death.

But that robbery motive thing. That – in terms of its stupidity – nearly rises to the level of genius. Congratulations, Beth! I think you’ve got the makings needed to become a typical liberal or left-wing journalist.

Liberals, people whose self-awareness, or even any awareness, has been smothered under a blanket of lefty and PC ideology.

   Now if they would only quit breathing, all problems would be solved.

   I wouldn’t be surprised if lawyers start getting robbers off the hook by claiming that they were “motivated” by their poverty and therefore ought to be understood instead of punished. How dare we deny them our belongings just because they are too screwed up to hold a job.

   Well, if obamanation gets in, he’ll do the robbing for them.

   i realy dont think any of this is laughable at all!! that was my frien d that got shot and ,it would be nice if police realy looked into the case on the home that was getting robbed. If you look into the ivestigation and other reports that house had high traffic in & out .So what do you think the2 suspects were realy after.? & what about the wife and kids what happend to them??
   sounds suspicious to me..

   Tina, The laughability isn’t in what happened but in the way the liberal ‘journalist’ reported it.
   Now I’m sorry your friend died but he should have considered that possibility before he broke into the house and attacked someone with a knife whatever the reason for doing so and also the consequences for ‘the wife and kids’. Do you mean the wife and kids of the dead burglar or of the guy who shot him? Either way this is the old [now] story of sympathy for the perpetrator who was responsible for what happened.

   me of all people think any of this is laughable at all i am truly sorry about there wife and kids and i lay awake every night thinking of just that.and it makes me so angry to think that for just that reason they would have never been able to do what they did my 2-5 year olds were sleeping on my bed by there dad who was calling to see if pratts feed had chickens for our snake when they came in he at first thought they were playing tried shooting before they even asked for money when he leaned over to aim the gun away from him they stabbed hi twice in the back then they wanted what is in his pockets and seen the safe and my husband told them we had some old coins and a couple silver certificates they wanted them to thank god they did thats where are gun is and i cant tell you that they didnt deserve everything they got because if they have children how could they not care that mine had just seen there own daddy hurt and something i know ill never forget the look on my 2 yr olds face as we had to carry them over the man on my floor bleeding from his nose mouth ears and coughing blood everywhere with the look in his eyes cuz he knew he was dying and you could see he was scared to death and was thinking of his own kids because i would just feel better if i could think they felt the feelings only a parent can feel so deep and hurt for your child so deeply.it sure makes me feel better than thinking they didnt care at all .i know this world is alot scarier now then it used to be. and worse for my 2 year old daughter she looked at me so hurt and sad and confused he was in very bad shape and if i cant understand it how is she supose to.do you think counciling can fix that in a 2 year old when in two weeks she wakes up every night afraid of who she calls bad man and me being her mom hurt so very much for her but you know i would have never done this to anybody elses child and my husband would have not had to live with taking two differnt familys daddy either its just awful anyway you look at it.but tina do you think the police hav’nt already looked into our lives hell are world has been turned upside down and just because my neighbors are ass holes and think i have to much company were some how to blame f———- you

   no i am really upset i can understand her being upset over somebody who she cares for but dont place the blame here and if she would i would like to find out from her just where she heard all this because someone drove the car and left that man to die how could you live with that? and maybe figure out how they knew us?

   OK. I know what happened and I know one of the intruders. I’m not backing him up and all you dumb asses that are so selfish to do so are idiots. This message is for “crzysis73″- to live in that neighborhood with “alot of company” (neighbors are not stupid), and to have the educational level that you obviously have from your spelling on this site, I kind of have to say you asked for it. If your husband is one of the “go-to-drug-guys” in that “hood” then you had to know something bad would happen eventually. If you didn’t, then WISE UP YOU DUMB ASS! I can’t believe we don’t force people to have some sort of degree while raising children. This is what our world is coming to and it’s all because of a bunch of naive, brainless, clueless beings that think they know it all like ALL of you!

   Are you that small? Spelling? Is that how you know what happened? How about math? If 1 person kills 2 armed invaders how many know what happened? (The only brain here says): “I know what happened”. I ask how? News media that never talked to anyone involved or you may be the driver that was waiting around the block. It doesn’t matter. The only person that knows what happened was stabbed twice in the back by Martinez after Jarred’s ak-47 failed to fire more than once. I know because I am the one that sent them both to hell. How, what or why they came to kill and rob me and my family. Ask raccoon ( Brian Larson) he was a friend of a friend. I had fixed his computer once and bought a laptop from him a couple of days before this. I would bet you know him too( Brain). If you don’t he has one foot already in the grave with cancer and is using that fact to play all the games he can to drag out pending criminal charges so he will not die in prison. He told me and my wife all about his cancer and his pending court case he was stalling. Let me get back to what the brain here had to say.(to live in that neighborhood with “a lot of company” (neighbors are not stupid) Can we say stereotyping or are you brain dead. in the neighborhood we live in we are one of only two white families , speak English only, have 4 children 16, 12, 5 and 3 years old. I am A.S.E. master tech 19years and computer tech 4years. We moved in about 2 1/2 years ago after the house we lived in for 9 years was sold for development and had 30 days to find a new house. Moving everything that took 9 years of collecting was as hard as finding a place that would hold everything. As for a lot of company most of the company were kids from the neighborhood playing on the trampoline that was in the front yard. I did have different cars dropped off and picked up, computers in and out and all the normal family traffic. The cops have stopped by a couple of times after someone called saying something was going on. Both times I let them walk through my house and look. Just like why I was not charged for anything after my house was searched by at least a dozen cops after I shot and killed the two pieces of s**t. Brain you should get a few facts before you think you know it all. Or is that Brain fade? Thanks for bringing back the laughability Brain. (Naive, brainless, and clueless like beings that think they know it all like you!) If you do know anything that I don’t know then I think you should be checked out and put through the same s**t as my family. We didn’t do anything to or even know who they were. I only did what I had to they made a choice. You know what sucks the most? I still lost more than $30,000 on the stab wounds I got, plus what jarred got from me and the cops left me in the hospital with only my socks.

    brain let me start by saying you are some piece of work. I think my husband said it all pretty well but what I have to say is going to be tough for you to hear. I totally would be more than willing to bet you are the female driver who was driving that car (my guess is racoons wife)so lets talk about who we should let raise children!I certainly hope you did’nt take yours for the ride. I’m sure you are looking for anybody but yourself to blame who would’nt after dropping that man off to die and leaving him how many days? so maybe i may not be the best at spelling but it does’nt take a rocket scientest to figure out who the stupid ass just might be! (what do you think) I thought the detective would like to hear what all you say you know because there is alot we would like to try understanding so I hope she will be able to track you down soon I have already talked with her this morning. I hope she reaches you soon.
