Maybe Obama Just Likes What He Sees in China
Barack Obama:
“Everybody’s watching what’s going on in Beijing right now with the Olympics , Think about the amount of money that China has spent on infrastructure. Their ports, their train systems, their airports are vastly the superior to us now, which means if you are a corporation deciding where to do business, you’re starting to think, ‘Beijing looks like a pretty good option.’”

Apparently if you are Barack Obama, any place besides America is a pretty good option.
Perhaps Obama’s crack foreign relations staff has been reading Mao too long. Maybe Obama is just so dazzled by China’s “vast” superiority, that he has overlooked what’s behind the infrastructure. Or maybe what he sees doesn’t upset him, he can live with it. Like Bill Ayers doesn’t upset him. Or Jeremiah Wright.
Yup, just could be that Obama likes what he sees in China.
Hey Obama!
In case you missed it, China collaborated with your new best buddy Russia to circumvent any sanctions being lodged against Mugabee’s Zimbabwe. You remember Zimbabwe Obama? You made every pretense of being it’s staunch defender, demanding sanctions and new elections. Or maybe it is as this critic suggests about you Obama….
Mr. Senator to use a term like disastrous to describe what President Mugabe means to Zimbabwe…demonstrates that blinded political ambition which makes you feel like you must keep a safe distance from President Mugabe similar in the manner you claim not to identify with Nation Of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan. I believe it was Minister Louis Farrakhan who endorsed your US Presidential bid in February, as well as, more recently, your former Pastor Reverend Jeremiah Wright. Mr. Senator, since Zimbabwe was not on the list of African countries you visited almost two years ago, so what makes you feel you are qualified to recommend what is in the best interest of the people and its government?

(Yeah, well most of us are wondering what in God’s name makes him think he is qualified to be America’s leader, but hey, it’s the messiah.)
Or maybe you are hoping that if you say nice things about China, they’ll say nice things about you to their business partner, Ahmadinejad . We all know how anxious you are to make his acquaintance. I mean, what does it matter that America seeks sanctions against him. If you are not going to look out for those you purport to support in Zimbabwbe ( instead of praising China, you could have taken them to task), what’s to stop you from ignoring America’s best interests as well. I mean, it’s all good, right?
But before daring to compare America to China, America, whom you’ve thought to be rather a bully in the world, perhaps you ought to review China’s locust like sweep over your African “motherland”. I mean, hey, when the West did it, we were evil mean colonialists.
Anyone who thinks that kind of ravenous acquisition of resources is a thing of the past should take a close look at the suction China is applying in the sub-Sahara.
The sub-Sahara is now the scene of one of the most bare-knuckled resource grabs the world has ever seen… an epic, almost primal propulsion that is redrawing the global economic map. One former U.S. assistant secretary of state has called it a “tsunami.” Some are even calling the region “ChinAfrica.”

As many as 1 million Chinese citizens are circulating here. … And unlike America’s faltering effort in Iraq, the Chinese ain’t spreading democracy, folks. They’re there to get what they need to feed the machine. The phenomenon even has a name on the ground in the sub-Sahara: the Great Chinese Takeout.

Or maybe you are just giving China props as a nod to your entrepreneurial half-brother ( how many do you actually have? ) who presently lives there. (Do you think that between the two of you, you could get George out of that hut? ).
Or maybe you like the way they humiliate their military…
…on Friday, state media said the nearly 900 soldiers operating the huge scroll that formed the centrepiece of last week’s show had to stay hidden under the structure for up to seven hours, wearing nappies because they were not allowed toilet breaks.
Or, maybe you find their method of interviewing their citizens for Olympic jobs tantalizing….
Thousands of young Chinese women applicants for the 200 jobs to lead each country’s athletes into the National Stadium for last week’s opening ceremony of the 2008 Olympic Games had to be at least 1.66 metres tall, have a pretty face – and strip naked for the job recruiters. During the selection process, the women were required to strip so teachers judging whether they were qualified could measure their body proportions, The Beijing News said.

A good deal of that infrastructure you claim to admire may have been built by slave labor Obama. And I thought you had a real special spot in your heart for slaves.
Police in north China on Friday announced they had rescued a further 220 slave workers from brick kilns and other illegal workplaces, such as small iron and coal mines.
The rescues of the workers, all in Shanxi Province, brings the total number of slave workers reported freed in China to 468 in the last month.
And why the hell would you care if corporations leave America anyway? After all, your wife scorns those ambitious and greedy kids who wish to pursue a corporate path. She wants America’s youth to choose the “helping” professions. Maybe that’s how you plan to rebuild America’s infrastructure Obama – with your “Youth Corps“. God knows that by the time you gut our economy, the only way that any infrastructure in this country will ever be built is with slave labor. Maybe that’s how our grandchildren will further their indoctrination education.
And who knows, maybe you admire the way the Chinese save money on animal control…..
China slaughtered 50,000 dogs in a government-ordered crackdown after three people died of rabies, sparking unusually pointed criticism in state media Tuesday and an outcry from animal rights activists.
Health experts said the brutal policy pointed to deep weaknesses in the health care infrastructure in China, where only 3 percent of dogs are vaccinated against rabies and more than 2,000 people die of the disease each year.
The five-day slaughter in Mouding county in Yunnan province in southwestern China ended Sunday and spared only military guard dogs and police canine units, state media reported.
Or, maybe you like the way they toughen up their children for the cruel realities of life.
The smiling children giggled as they patted the young goat on its head and tickled it behind the ears.
Some of the more boisterous ones tried to clamber onto the animal’s back but were soon shaken off with a quick wiggle of its bottom.
It could have been a happy scene from a family zoo anywhere in the world but for what happened next.
Children feed goats before the ‘show’ starts. One that has been ‘bought’ by a visitor is carried off
A man hoisted up the goat and nonchalantly threw it over a wall into a pit full of hungry lions. The poor goat tried to run for its life, but it didn’t stand a chance. The lions quickly surrounded it and started tearing at its flesh.
“Oohs” and “aahs” filled the air as the children watched the goat being ripped limb from limb. Some started to clap silently with a look of wonder in their eyes.
The scenes witnessed at Badaltearing Safari Park in China are rapidly becoming a normal day out for many Chinese families.
Or perhaps their new mobil execution vans have appeal to you.
China is equipping its courts with mobile execution vans as it shifts away from the communist system’s traditional bullet in the head, towards a more “civilised” use of lethal injection.
[...]
Chinese authorities keep execution numbers a secret, but Western human rights monitors believe it is about 15,000 a year, more than the rest of the world’s judicial executions combined.
I’ll end with an admonition from Sultan Knish….
….any nation riding an economic boom based on slave labor is riding for a fall, whether domestic slaves or foreign slaves. In the United States alone the wounds of slavery continue to fester to this day and continue to exact a horrifying economic toll, particularly when you look at social services. And if you count illegal Mexican aliens as the new form of slave labor and the cost they carry, the toll gets uglier. Morally and economically slave labor is destructive, it breeds contempt for human life, dependency and in the end collapse. The search for cheap labor is what has brought Europe to its knees with Muslim immigration, it has gravely wounded the United States and may yet destroy it, whether in domestic problems or in the form of funding foreign Capitalist Tyrannies that will sell us the rope with which they will hang us.
Those are the real costs of Made in China, and a time when the country turns its eyes toward the Beijing Olympics, a spectacle based on oppression and lies, it is time to take a long hard look at the real cost of Made in China.
And Americans need to take a long hard look at the real cost of an Obama presidency.

Amazing post Zee! I saw the vid on YouTube where Barry was praising the Chinese infrastructure and he sounded like a college freshman instead of a legitimate contender for POTUS. His comments might work in the arid moral wastes of urban America, but us folks in ‘fly-over’ country are becoming just a little pissed! Also, WTF is going on with the MSM? Sure, everyone knows they’re in the tank for BO, but their silence on these comments is almost beyond shameful. Is the BO machine paying them off? Barry is almost making that idiot Kucinich sound reasonable.
Hi Larry,
Sorry for the late response – got knocked off line for a few days.
Barry will give Kucinich a frigging post in his administration – Ministry of Truth, no doubt. The MSM will ignore any and everything that is dug up on Obama. They have allowed this idiot grace from the beginning – they ain’t gonna stop now.
