Who Is Lt Col Courtney Rogers? We Need More of Her Clarity

Googling for more on this quite excellent woman, I uncovered precious little. It’s a damn shame there are no candidates with the ability to so clearly and bluntly lay out the position of American patriots of faith.

I served with lt. col. rogers, she was the commander in our guard unit. I can tell you she is the real deal. She was an excellent commander and a fine lady. She has addressed both houses of the Tennessee legislature as well as several speeches such as this one. America needs more citizens like her to speak up for our country. She stood up and served our country for many years, now she is speaking up for our country.

James…She is singularly impressive…I have been trying to figure out what makes her seem so striking and i think it is because she has taken the fat off words. They are lean. They mean something. They are rare truths well said, without contrivance, rooted in adamantine conviction. A keen mind and spirit, no doubt. Thank you very much for sharing that.

I first met Lt. Col. Rogers at a Capitol Hill Prayer Alliance meeting held in the old Supreme Court Room on Wen. mornings. A small group meets to pray for our state, legislators, our country;ect.
It was here that I first heard her American Prayer and complimented her on it, at which point she told me that she would like to get it before the legialature, but didn’t know how.
I served an internship with Senator Rusty Crowe in 2007, and told her that I may have a friend who can help. I made us an appointment, but due to an emergency in his district, the Senator had to return to his district.
This gave us time to sit in the coffee shop and get better aquainted; and I determined that it was important enough to take to a higher office. It was finally Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey who helped get Lt. Col. Rogers before the opening session week of the Senate, and of course, once her dynamic speaking ability was seen, she was invited by a member of the House to speak there the next day.
It was my distinct pleasure to introduce Lt. Col. Rogers to a number of my legislative contacts and we have remained in touch, sharing a passion for our veterans, she has since helped me with a display for the Vietnam Veteran Education Center, which I represent and gotten me involved with A Soldier’s Child Foundation in Murfreesboro, a Foundation ran by school Daryl Makin for the children of soldiers killed in action.
I consider Courtney Rogers one of my best friends and we often talk and encourage one another on various situations.
I look forward to attending more of her speaking engagements and assisting wherever she feels I can be of use.
