I saw lies. The world is already trying to fault Israel, telling everyone that civilians died here, and Israelis murdered there, But I was there. My feet were on the ground and I saw the truth. I saw that warnings were given, I saw the enemy that fought us. I saw the twelve year olds with missiles and RPGs strapped to their backs. I saw that it was with sadness and great anger Israeli troops saw the need to fire on people who crossed the red line, the danger zone which meant they saw us, and knew where they were. Old people mined with bombs, children armed with detonators, tunnels that opened in the ground to swallow soldiers of ours.

I watched my commanders passing out all of our food to the children who were taken prisoner. I received the commands “closed to fire on the right” if our intelligence had reported civilians in the area. I watched us, more often then not, taking cover when supposed civilian positions fired on us from the right. Yet the world thinks it can bend the truth. We were not allowed to fire on schools. We were told not to loot. We watched in anger as our bombs, so as not to fall on large civilian centers, fell on our own troops, so that we could tell the world we were attempting to scare the enemy while limiting civilian losses. Yet they won’t say that in the press.

I saw cowardice. We listened with concern when Hamas threatened to use snipers and bombs on us, to fight us every step of the way with their fifteen thousand man army, and we watched videos of full brigades parading, waving their weapons and threatening Israel. But as we invaded, they fled. They would attack in small groups, hit us with missiles and sniper fire, and then flee. The ‘warriors’ of Hamas were brave when their rockets fell unanswered on the schools of children and the homes of elderly, but they did not stand when the enemy called them up to answer for their crimes.

I saw miracles. Rockets that blazed past our houses, bullets that scarred the outside of windows we were watching from. A unit near ours that was walking in had RPGs pass straight between their ranks without hitting a single soldier. Mines that didn’t explode, mortar rounds that landed next to friends that didn’t explode. RPGs that blazed into the earthen barrier directly in front of our APC, detonating before penetration. The night walk through a neighborhood that wasn’t on the map, that was full of snipers and mines, according to reports, that we walked through unawares, by accident, without harm or incident. And that was just a taste of what we knew.

Palestine is a Myth and Hamas Nothing But Bloody Islamic Terrorists

I am so bloody tired of the appeasers. So tired of those who embrace evil, calling it compassion, who extend understanding towards terrorists and revile their own traditions and culture. That would, unfortunately, describe half of America – the half that voted Obama. I’d bet good money that the majority of those whining about the poor “palestinians” come from that faction of ignorant saps.

Palestine is a myth. Pure and simple. Hamas is a proxy for Iran and Iran is an islamic bully who has unequivocally declared that their avowed goal is the destruction of the West, particularly Israel and America.

Islamic cleric Salah Sultan appeared on Egypt’s Al-Nas TV last week and delivered a warning of death and destruction for America. Not only did he attack the U.S. for its military support of Israel in its fight against the Hamas terrorist organization, but he vowed retaliation such that more Americans would be killed than those Palestinians (and, presumably, Hamas terrorists) killed in the present conflict in Gaza, emphasizing that this would take place “soon”:

America, which gave [Israel] everything it needed in these battles, will suffer economic stagnation, ruin, destruction, and crime, which will surpass what is happening in Gaza. One of these days, the U.S. will suffer more deaths than all those killed in this third Gaza holocaust. This will happen soon.

He also invoked a notorious Islamic hadith on the inevitable annihilation of the Jews by Muslims:

The stone, which is thrown at the Jews, hates these Jews, these Zionists, because Allah foretold, via His Prophet Muhammad, that Judgment Day will not come before the Jew and the Muslim fight. The Jew will hide behind stones and trees, and the stone and the tree will speak, saying: “Oh Muslim, there is a Jew behind me, come and kill him.” The only exception will be the Gharqad tree. Rummaging through my archives I ran across an old draft from 2002 that included the two excerpts reproduced below. I remember once being appalled by such pronouncements – now I understand that nothing sane ever comes out of the mouth of a muslim.

That is the voice of Islam. Arrogant barbarity. It hasn’t changed in a thousand years, and it certainly hasn’t changed since 2002. Islamic jihad is what is operative in Palestine right now. Not deranged Jews licking their chops over Palestinian dead, but the legitimate nation of Israel defending itself against the mental and spiritual pygmies of the middle east. Pygmies, such as those depicted in this video, chanting that Jews should be returned to the ovens, yet, no doubt, these are the  same cretins who bellow about hate speech when confronted with the truth about their deplorable “religion”.

In 2002 I was still confident that America had at least a decade before Islam could approach the level of toxicity here that it has achieved in Great Britain. Back then I thought that, surely, Americans would wake up. After all, videos like the one below are a dime a dozen. It’s pop culture for jihadists, to savor the death of the West, to hunger for the annihilation of our freedom and prosperity. But seven years later, Americans remain woefully ignorant. Or completely indifferent.

The LA Slimes puts one of these execrable cretins on the payroll. Think the term “pigs of “palestine” is too strong? Too bad, I am done with niceties, attempts at civility. Civility should not be extended to barbarians nor the fools who support them. Given muslim behavior – staging their precious “innocent children” as props in their savagery, stealing incoming humanitarian aid and re-selling it – they deserve nothing but the missiles Israel serve them.

First the Saturday People, Then the Sunday People….

“First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people…” has long been the clarion call of Islamists. The latest slaughter in India has captured the world’s attention, but what that same world fails to recognize is that Mumbai is but one more battle in an ongoing jihad, a jihad that has perpetrated over 12,000 separate attacks since that September day when it first visited our shores. It is further proof that Islamists tend to make good on their murdering words. Words that the mainstream media will not take seriously, words that Americans, by and large, are totally ignorant of.

Among the dead in India are some Saturday people, or to use the islamic vernacular, some “descendants of pigs and apes”, reported in the article directly below. But successful propaganda from the left ( many of whom are Obama supporters), from muslim apologists and their dhimmi acolytes have convinced an increasing number of people that the Jews somehow have it coming to them. So attacks specifically targeting Jews are not all that appalling.

Following that article is an amazing report that apparently is of far less interest to the media.  While hostages were taken in India, in Egypt, over 800 Coptic Christians were being held hostage by a horde muslims numbering in the thousands. But then, Coptic Christians and Christians world wide have been being slaughtered by Islamists for decades, and the world shrugs.After all, it’s only Christians, and they somehow have it coming as well.

Perhaps that explains why I can find little mention of this attack in Google news, and no accounts of how it ended. Christians are negligible, Jews are expendable. But Muslims, Muslims are to be forgiven. In fact, you can’t say the words “terror” and “muslim” in the same breath for fear of being accused of racism.

We have a man soon to assume the office of the presidency who has expressed more sympathy than wrath towards the perpetrators of Jihad. He will handle the jihadists in Gitmo like mistreated puppy dogs and lavish American justice upon them. The same jihadists who will, as has been demonstrated in prior prisoner releases, go and participate in another attack somewhere in the world should they be released.

Every enemy of America has celebrated Obama’s  election win. But Americans were not told by the Obama media about his myriad ties to Islamists and their advocates. Nor will Obama’s millions in foreign contributions be investigated, much of which has been traced back to jihadists.

It seemed like it was impossible to endure Bush’s refusal to the name the enemy, or so I thought. But now we have in Obama  a man of questionable loyalties, a novice and hustler who has promised to dismantle America’s defenses and have tea with that same enemy. We can only pray that Libyan thug Mu’ammar Al-Qaddafi was wrong in his speculations that Obama’s distancing from islam during his campaign was just a simple political tactic.

Nine Israelis killed in Mumbai attacks

JERUSALEM (AFP) — Nine Israelis were killed in the attacks by Islamist militants that caused carnage in the Indian commercial capital Mumbai, a foreign ministry spokesman said on Saturday.

“Eight bodies have been identified as being those of Israelis, some of them with dual Israeli and US nationality,” the spokesman said.

“All eight were killed in Chabad House,” said Yigal Palmor, referring to a Jewish cultural centre that was stormed by Indian commandos on Friday.

[...]There were at least three women among the dead, including the rabbi’s wife, Rivka.

The Holtzbergs’ toddler son Moshe was rescued by the centre’s cook, Sandra Samuel, who also worked as his nanny and who escaped with him and a caretaker 12 hours into the siege.

Defence Minister Ehud Barak said some of the bodies had been tied up, and that two of the dead women had been killed many hours before.

Thousands of Muslims Storming Church in Egypt

Thousands of Muslims who stormed a church in Ain Shams, Cairo, on Sunday and set fire to the building, are seen in two videos on a news agency website.

Assyrian International News Agency said at least one thousand Christians were trapped inside the Coptic Orthodox Church of the Virgin Mary in West Ain Shams, Cairo, after more than twenty thousand Muslims attacked them with stones and butane gas cylinders. The Church’s priest Father Antonious said the situation was extremely dangerous.

The news agency says the Muslim mob that attacked the church blocked both sides of the street and encircled the church building, broke its doors and demolished its entire first floor.

The crowd were heard shouting ‘Allahu Akbar!’ (God is greatest).
In its report, AINA says the mob were chanting Jihad verses as well as slogans saying “we will demolish the church” and “We sacrifice our blood and souls, we sacrifice ourselves for you, Islam,” while the entrapped Christians chanted “Lord have mercy.”

According to AINA, the incident started on the occasion of the inauguration of the Church today, when the Muslims hastily established a Mosque in the early hours of this morning, by taking over the first floor of a newly-built building facing the Church and started praying there.

The AINA report says: “When the security forces tried to
disperse the mob, they went to nearby homes and shops owned by Christians, and were armed with sticks, butane, knives and other sharp objects. Witnesses said the mob included children from as young as 8-years old to men of over 50-years old, in addition to women.”

AINA said the Church building was originally a factory that was adapted into its present state. It took over five years to complete and to get the necessary permissions from the authorities to have a Church established.

Human rights organizations and lawyers were refused entry into the besieged Church, according to the AINA report.

More than 100 people were killed when gunmen slipped into Mumbai — India’s financial capitol — by boat last night before fanning out and hitting a number of targets including a backpacker bar and two five-star hotels popular with Western visitors and the Bombay elite. Six foreigners were killed and the Foreign Office confirmed this afternoon that one of them was British. Loud blasts rocked southern Bombay this afternoon as commandos moved to rescue the final hostages in the five-star Oberoi-Trident hotel and a nearby Jewish centre. Blasts were also heard at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel, even though the city’s police chief had earlier announced that all terrorists had been cleared from the burning building. The terrorists were said to have arrived in two small boats near the Gateway of India, a landmark monument built in 1911 to mark a visit by George V and Queen Mary. They split up to attack various targets including hospitals and a railway station where they fired indiscriminately at passengers. They were armed with AK47 assault rifles, hand grenades and explosives. The attacks were claimed by a previously unknown group, the Deccan Mujahedeen, which demanded the release of all Mujahideen, or Islamic holy warriors, in Indian jails. The coordinated attacks bore the hallmarks of al-Qaeda, but there was no sign of any formal link with the terror network. One militant inside the Oberoi/Trident, identifying himself only as Sahadullah, told an Indian television station by telephone: “Release all the mujahideens, and Muslims living in India should not be troubled.” (Source)

I just heard someone refer to it as “MainSt. Media”.  Sounds good. Since the anarchists, rebels and dirty old hippies have managed to go turn themselves into the “Establishment”, maybe they can remove their sorry asses from the streets. The streets belong to our side now.

The damnable thing is, the hippies and leftists of the sixties  ranted against an imaginary oppression. They now come swaggering through the doors of power bearing with them the very oppression which they had  proclaimed America was guilty of exercising. Obviously, given their ascent to power, their infiltration of education, their dominance in culture, that they were not then, nor since,  oppressed.

Obama and his possee have already demonstrated their willingness to suppress speech. If you want to do anything, fight for the right of “MainSt.” broadcasters like “Always on Watch” to retain the right to broadcast. Support their efforts and the hundreds of other worthy media outlets that are aligning themselves for the fight ahead.

It was difficult enough to speak the truth about Islam in a PC addled Bush administration. The advent of an Obama administration will likely lead us down the dark path Europe now slogs on. Just north, in Canada, the Islamists are tightening their grip around the throat of free speech and CAIR, the Muslim Brotherhood and like groups in America will have a green light should the Marxist Obama ascend his throne.

Because there is really little difference between islam – a complete theocratic system that swallows freedom, personal choices, politics, family relationships whole – and the’isms of the left. Except they put a “god” on the throne. A god quite unlike the Christian god who will at least allow an individual to choose a path to hell if it so behooves him. It’s called free will, a concept that islamists deem to be a blasphemy.

Free Speech, Islam, Barack Obama

At one point, YouTube pulled this video, much the same as they tend to pull down anti-Obama videos. We can expect more protection for islamofascists if Barack Obama ever takes office. Like his muslim buddies, Obama has, thus far, proven himself to be very unfriendly towards free speech when such speech is critical of him. Fortunately, there was sufficient outcry to restore Condell’s video. Unfortunately, a successful outcome in such battles depends on the free dissemination of knowledge. Obama will hinder that process considerably.

Apparently YouTube, who has had some challenges with Turkey and Pakistan, have decided that it is easier to block ‘problematic’ content themselves than standing up for freedom and have Pakistani Internet operators wreck havoc on them.

We are still waiting for the day when big media realizes they have a responsibility to stand up for freedom of expression.

In his latest video, Pat Condell sure manages to step on some toes in this latest video. But that is well deserved, for what happens is serious and what he has to say is important. : (Source)

Though I appreciate Condell’s excellent work against Islam, I find it sad and ironic that he, as an atheist, also disparages Christianity, the only religion boasting a God who respects individual free will. In the end, it will be Christians defending Condell’s rights to preach against Islam, even as he attacks their own faith.

Analyzing Patterns AND Pre-attack Indicators

28 September 2008: Since we published our article concerning terrorist communications naming October 7, 2008, as a potential intended date for a terrorist attack, we have received a record number of e-mails from people across the U.S. asking for additional and more specific information. In an effort to address the questions we have received, it was the consensus of the members of the Northeast Intelligence Network that we supplement our previous report with clarifications and possible additional indicators we have since developed.

Obviously, we are not going to publish our investigatory methods or detail our vetting process, as doing so would be counter-productive. Simply put, the terrorists and their supporters read our site too. We will, however, provide some details that we hope will add some clarity to our methods and the contextual implications of the last few postings.

Perhaps the most important aspect of the article we posted on 24 September 2008 that needs to be understood is that we are not predicting a date for the next attack inside the U.S., nor are we predicting a specific location or even the method of an attack. In fact, we don’t predict anything.
We are simply doing two things. First, we are reporting to our readers what is being communicated on Arabic language message boards used by known Islamic terrorists, their supporters and sympathizers. We only report those findings that have undergone a very strict vetting process conducted by trained investigators, researchers and analysts. Factors we use for that vetting process include but are not limited to the venue in which the communication was published, the “profile” of the author, replies, responses and links to the post, if any, and other factors of a non-disclosable nature.

Secondly, we provide an analysis based on a combination of the results of the vetting process and further analysis using historical data and identified patterns relative to previous attacks (both successful and disrupted) by Islamic terrorists. Since the attacks against the U.S. seven years ago, various forums, message boards, data repositories, uploading sites, and methods of communication have evolved. Numerous sites have come and gone, some have become password protected, while others have been set-up merely as a propaganda tool and are generally devoid of any actual intelligence value. Within this period, however, certain patterns have become evident. These patterns themselves have become an evidenctiary tool, an important piece of intelligence that is quite often overlooked or misunderstood.

Many do not realize that the U.S. has experienced over three dozen attacks or attempted attacks by Islamic terrorists since 9/11, and many more on a global scale. By correlating postings on terrorist forums with the timing of disrupted attacks, and large scale attacks in London and Madrid, for example, certain pre-attack indicators can be discerned. We publish those messages that meet such qualifying criteria for your information and review.

A nuclear N Korea still looms, Russia is seeking to provide us muscular enemies to our South by inserting it’s presence, and arms in Venezuela and Cuba, and as Governor Palin stated in the speech that the MSM chose to ignore, the madman Ahmadinjehad, the holocaust-denying, America-hating Islamic supremacist is intent on our destruction.

And what is Obama’s position on America’s defenses – the defense of your country, your children and grandchildren? He intends to disarm us.

Barack Obama cannot be Trusted with Classified Information

How can the President of the United States be denied a basic security clearance? How can the Commander and Chief of the most powerful military be denied access to classified information? Barack Obama would be denied the necessary security clearance for President if he was held to the same standard as everyone else. If you can’t pass a Secret level background investigation, which is required for many soldiers, you should not be eligible for the Presidency.

The purpose of the clearance is to determine an individual’s honesty, trustworthiness, reliability, financial responsibility, criminal activity, emotional stability, foreign influences, family associations, drug use, mental health, judicial proceedings, employment history, traits of character, and loyalty to the United States. Based on the facts about Barack Obama, he fails to satisfy the minimum requirements for even a basic secret clearance. His background investigation would have “Red Flags” shooting up in so many places; the issuing panel would deny him a clearance outright.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia (AP) — Saudi Arabia’s top judiciary official has issued a religious decree saying it is permissible to kill the owners of satellite TV networks that broadcast immoral content.

The 79-year-old Sheik Saleh al-Lihedan said Thursday that satellite channels cause the “deviance of thousands of people.” …

Al-Lihedan was answering listeners’ questions during the daily “Light in the Path” radio program in which he and others make rulings on what is permissible under Islamic law. One caller asked about Islam’s view of the owners of satellite TV channels that show “bad programs” during Ramadan.

“I want to advise the owners of these channels, who broadcast calls for such indecency and impudence … and I warn them of the consequences,” he said.

“What does the owner of these networks think, when he provides seduction, obscenity and vulgarity?” he said.

“Those calling for corrupt beliefs, certainly it’s permissible to kill them,” he said. “Those calling for sedition, those who are able to prevent it but don’t, it is permissible to kill them.” (source) (my bold)

  Muslim cabbies whose religious beliefs go against driving passengers who carry alcohol have lost another round in Minnesota courts. The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled Tuesday against the cabbies’ latest attempt to block penalties from being imposed when they refuse to transport passengers because they’re carrying alcoholic beverages. An ordinance adopted by the Metropolitan Airports Commission last year revokes a cabbie’s license for 30 days for refusing to pick up a passenger for any reason at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. A second refusal brings a two-year revocation.

  
  

• Prayer tiff at Swift plant – The Denver Post

  Nearly 400 Muslim workers who walked off the job Friday night at a Greeley slaughterhouse stayed home Monday to protest the denial of time to pray when their religious fasting ends during the workday. Officials of the union that represents the workers, United Food and Commercial Workers Local 7, met with managers at JBS Swift & Co. on Monday over accommodations for the workers, mostly Somalis, who say they have not been allowed to break for food, water and prayer when religious fasting in observance of Ramadan ends each day, UFCW spokesman Manny Gonzales said. The workers stayed home Monday while negotiations continued, employee Ahmed Mohamud said. “They’re working with us,” Mohamud said of Swift managers, noting that a resolution is expected today. Company officials would acknowledge in a prepared statement only that an undisclosed number of workers walked out Friday night and that Swift was trying to make accommodations for the workers’ religious practices. The employees walked off Friday night after they were told to keep working rather than break to end their daily fast, employees said. They said bathrooms were locked and water fountains shut off. “They’re upset with their prayer time, and we’re filing appropriate grievances to be sure their needs are being met,” Gonzales said of the workers.

  An Inver Grove Heights charter school that came under investigation by the state Department of Education in the spring over allegations that it illegally promoted the Muslim faith will make changes this fall in the way it accommodates student prayer. Tarek ibn Ziyad Academy (TIZA) will reduce the length of voluntary Friday prayers and have staff members who wish to pray do so in a room separate from students, according to a letter school director Asad Zaman sent to the Minnesota Department of Education. The school, responding to the state investigation, has maintained that it has been in compliance with state and federal laws.

  ampa, Florida-Slowly word is getting out to USF’s estimated large Muslim student population. They no longer have to look for a place to pray on campus because students now have a private place to worship. Members of USF’s Muslim Student Association are introduced to the school’s Serenity Room in the new Marshall Student Center. Twenty-one year old Narjis Zaidi says the small room on the north side of the Marshall Center’s third floor brings the peace and quiet she looks for. “During certain times of day the beams of the sun they reflect into the room in a very soothing and relaxing way. I’ve come here to pray and to relax or take a breather for a few minutes,” says Narjis. There’s also a wash room for Muslims to cleanse their feet, hands, arms and face before prayer. Until now they’d wash their feet in the school’s bathroom sinks they’d pray where possible on campus 5 times a day.

It is election season in America and time to look at one the of the dhimmis‘ favorite myths-the democratization of Islam. Great blood and treasure have been spent in Iraq to bring democracy to Islam.

But it makes no difference how much blood and treasure are spent; Islam is no more compatible with democracy than pigs are with flight. Islam has an entire doctrine of politics and government that was laid out by Mohammed. And just like pigs were not made for flight, Islamic political doctrine was not made for democracy.

The reason for this is the perfect example of Mohammed. Mohammed achieved success only when he became a politician and warrior. We may have politicians who invoke religion as part of their political persona, but we do not have any politicians who actually speak for god. Mohammed spoke for god. All Muslims did what they were told. Mohammed did not operate any kind of primal democracy; Mohammed and Allah ruled absolutely down to the smallest detail.

It is at this stage of the argument that Muslims like to invoke the idea of Mohammed’s consulting with his Companions as a model for democracy. At the battle of Badr, one of the men asked Mohammed if his battle orders were from Allah? Mohammed said that it was his own opinion, not Allah’s. The man pointed out that if the troops were placed in front of the well, it would be to Islam’s advantage and Mohammed followed his advice.

The argument is that Mohammed listened to the voters. Hence, Islam is democratic. But when you read the entire Sira (the biography of Mohammed) and the Hadith, such “votes” by the Companions are extremely rare.

Here is an example of how non-democratic Islam is.

[…] Shouldn’t we overthrow them [the worst of rulers] with the help of the sword? Mohammed said, “No, as long as they establish prayer among you. If you then find anything detestable in them you should hate their administration, but do not withdraw yourselves from their obedience.”

In short, as long as a leader is a Muslim, obey him, even if he is a tyrant. Does that sound like a democratic view? What if the tyrant is Sadam Hussein? Obey him.

But this is not the real reason that Islam cannot ever have democracy. The real reason is found in the word-kafir, a political word. The Muslim is superior to the kafir in politics and culture and the kafir must submit to the will of Islam in public affairs. Democracy is based upon the idea of the Golden Rule. The Golden Rule leads to equality in law and politics. But a Muslim and a kafir are not equal in political Islam. Votes are equal. We have a contradiction and democracy submits to Islam and tyranny.

There is a third reason why Islam is not capable of being democratic. Democracies are the source of the idea of human rights. Islam does not grant human rights to kafirs.

Christians are 3% of the population in Iraq and are 30% of those fleeing Iraq. Why? Persecution by political Islam. About 1300 years ago Iraq was Christian. Soon it will be 0% Christian. The tragedy is that this is of no importance in the media or houses of worship.

But we digress. The point is that Islam only gives full rights to Muslims. Kafirs, Christian and otherwise are second-class citizens, basically semi-slaves. This inequality is built into the doctrine of Islam and is fully supported by the example. If Mohammed wanted democracy he would have practiced democracy as a sacred example. But his sacred example was supreme, unquestioned ruler.

Islam is perfect, universal, complete and eternal. It does not have a reform option. Democracy is a kafir form of politics and is anti-Islamic.

Muslim Student Association and Their “Hadith of Hate”

Muslims and their apologists will tell you that they are victims of islamophobia. That the few who spew hatred are the rarity. Yet the proof to the contrary is pervasive wherever you find practitioners of the “faith”. The Muslim Student Association is not some obscure “extremist” group. They are on campuses throughout America. And the following “sacred hadith” published on their website is standard fare.

Islam: Religion of Hate

The hadith (sacred teaching) reads as follows:

“Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him….”

As Muslim Student Association (MSA) chapters have become increasingly influential at universities and colleges around the country, critics have charged that it is a hate group that sympathizes with the international jihad and promulgates an anti-American and anti-Semitic ideology in its campus actions.

In response, the MSA has claimed that it is merely another religious and cultural group similar to Hillel, a club for Jewish students, or the Newman Club for Catholics. That deception has been now unmasked at the University of Southern California, where the school’s Provost, Chrysostomos L. Max Nikias, reacting to a call from the David Horowitz Freedom Center and the Simon Wiesenthal Center, has ordered the campus MSA to remove a “despicable” hadith calling for Muslims to murder Jews as a condition for redemption from its website.

David Horowitz, President of the Freedom Center, hails this as a breakthrough moment when the double standards that control the political and intellectual culture of most universities have finally been challenged. “Up to now, the slightest criticism of radical Islam on campus has been slammed as ‘Islamophobia,’ while Muslim groups and their radical fellow travelers have been allowed to say the most hateful things imaginable about Christians and Jews without any reaction from university administrators whatsoever,” Horowitz says. “Provost Nikias has called the hadith on the MSA website for what it is: despicable. Given the atmosphere that prevails on most campuses today, it was an act of integrity on his part to make this call and to demand that the MSA live up to basic standards of civility that should govern the university.”

I think hate speech laws are as reprehensible as Islam. Suppression of speech is vile no matter what group employs it. Though I commend USC for kicking at the foul nest of snakes in their midst, instead of demanding the removal of the “sacred hadith”, they ought to have publicized it, put a spotlight on it so that all can see what islam espouses. It’s removal only serves to give the MSA more cover, because it will not be removed as a tenet that they subscribe to. They will still utter it in their hearts. But to humiliate them with the reproach and disgust that would attend exposing them would serve to strip them of the credibility they so desperately seek in American society. That is how the KKK and other supremacist groups were made impotent. That is what needs to be done with islamists.

I am far past the time when I would look for “reasonable muslims”. If there were any, they themselves would have shut down groups like MSA. But they remain silent, and their silence condemns them. So be it.

I imagine they believe it is politically incorrect to say it. I think they believe it will insult someone. Please tell me, who are they insulting if they say “Islamic terrorism”? They are insulting terrorists.

Of great concern to me, during those same four days in Denver, they rarely mentioned the attacks of September 11, 2001. They are in a state of denial about the biggest threat that faces this country. And if you deny it and you don’t deal with it, you can’t face it.

John McCain can face the enemy. He can win, and he can bring victory for this country.

I have huge misgivings about McCain. His dalliance with the global warming crowd, cap and trade, illegals – all those issues make me very reluctant to vote for him. Indeed, were it not for Palin, I’d likely not even consider it.  But I do believe that McCain will fight our enemy. And our enemies know it too.
That’s why it is so easy to find terrorists that ardently support Obama, including the Iranian islamists whom he is dying to chat with.

The examples of this attitude of Islamic narcissistic entitlement are all around us these days. A Pakistani lawmaker defended a decision by northwestern tribesmen to bury five women alive because they wanted to choose their own husbands, telling stunned members of Parliament to spare him their outrage.

“These are centuries-old traditions, and I will continue to defend them,” Israr Ullah Zehri, who represents Baluchistan province, told The Associated Press Saturday.

“Only those who indulge in immoral acts should be afraid.”

The women, three of whom were teenagers, were first shot and then thrown into a ditch.

They were still breathing as mud was shoveled over their bodies, according to media reports, which said their only “crime” was that they wished to marry men of their own choosing.

Zehri told a packed and stunned Parliament on Friday that Baluch tribal traditions helped stop obscenity and then asked fellow lawmakers to stop making such a fuss about it.

Several lawmakers stood up in protest, describing the so-called honor killings as “barbaric.”

Human rights groups accused local authorities of trying to hush up the executions, which according to local media reports and activists took place a month ago in Baba Kot, a remote village in Jafferabad district.

Your understanding of Islam is woefully lacking, your MO is quite obvious and your reasoning leaves a lot to be desired.

Islam is in fact a religion of peace. Islam categorically prohibits offensive warfare and it absolutely forbids rape, mayhem, pillaging and wanton destruction.

Lastly, while the police may use modus operandi (MO) as one factor in an investigation, an MO is not a credible piece of evidence.

This blog is full of anti-Muslim bigotry (called Islamophobia).

Glancing through his blog and googling his name, I see that the poor, anguished lad is just obsessed with Islamaphobia. Everywhere the punk looks, there is yet another sane individual who just will not fall for his BS. And see, if you don’t buy into the “Religion of Peace”, you are automatically an “islamaphobe”.

Turns out that he tried to peddle his swill in the Wall Street Journal and those readers weren’t buying it either.
Debbie Schlussel made note of his pathetic efforts and reproduced the less than enthusiastic responses. So you see Mr. Afeef, it’s as I told you. People from all walks of life are waking up to the bogus claims of islam and if I were you, I’d hide my naked butt cause folks can see, islam has no clothes on. (And it ain’t a pretty sight)

Last week, on the eve of Independence Day, the Wall Street Journal Op-ed page ran a piece by Islamofascist Junaid Afeef, “Obama Should Embrace His Muslim Heritage.” The piece contained the usual BS you hear from Islamic Spokesmodels: that Islam is peaceful, that most Muslims are moderate, that they are the victims of all of us who are unduly prejudiced, that they would all put down their AK-47s and disposable Tracfone IEDs tomorrow if only Obama would embrace his ties to them, yadda, yadda, yadda, dogpoop, dogpoop, dogpoop.

Well, it seems that the well educated WSJ readers aren’t buyin’. Today, the Journal ran a selection of letters, and every single one of ‘em is good. The first one, I don’t agree with the first half of it. But the last sentence is pretty good. I’m putting that letter last. The rest are excellent!:

It is not irrational to fear Islam when we daily see property being destroyed and people murdered by terrorists, who use Islamic teachings and quote directly from Quranic verses to justify their actions.

Moderate Muslims have not been able to use theology to effectively refute the terrorists. We see the lack of women’s rights and lack of freedoms that exist wherever Islam rules. All cultures are not equal and we don’t want the Islamic culture introduced into the West. Our ancestors worked too long and too hard for the freedoms that we have, and we don’t want to be taken back to a 7th-century misogynistic, totalitarian ideology that cloaks itself within religious doctrine in order to hide its true goal of world domination.

I can’t say that I have read, seen or heard everything, but since 9/11 the Muslim world community has not raised its voice in anger against the terrorist perpetrators of evil. Why not? They raise their voices against cartoonists and authors; why not against killers?

Those in the Muslim world who stay silent are the true Islamophobes. Do they fear their own religion and so do not dare risk challenging the killers?

Mr. Afeef, look inward, and get your imams to issue fatwas condemning Osama bin Laden and all his ilk at every mosque world-wide and Islamophobia will disappear.

Rather than trying to debunk the bigotry of Islamophobes, I would ask Mr. Afeef to address the shortcomings of his own faith and its lack of a discernible, peaceful direction. Don’t smear the African-Americans, Chinese, Latinos and Jews of this country by associating their respective oppressions with the plight of today’s Muslim.

Denounce the violence, human rights violations and religious intolerance that are pervasive in Muslim nations, and watch the fear and lack of understanding of Islamophobes in America erode.

Regarding Junaid Afeef’s “Obama Should Embrace His Muslim Heritage” (op-ed, July 3): As a Christian I wouldn’t mind hearing Barack Obama positively acknowledge his father’s Muslim background. It could be a very good thing, especially given Mr. Obama’s exposure and international credibility. But to do so with a “can’t we all get along” ethos, as Mr. Aleef seems to suggest, will be no more helpful than Islamic public relations straining to assure the world that “jihad” is not just confined to a holy war intended to kill unbelievers.

A Saudi Arabian Muslim father cut out his daughter’s tongue and lit her on fire upon learning that she had become a Christian.The child became curious about Jesus Christ after she read Christian material online, the Gulf News reported.

Her father read of her Internet conversation, detached her tongue and burned her to death “following a heated debate on religion,” according to an International Christian Concern report.

The father is employed by the muwateen, or Commission for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice. The muwateen are police tasked by the government with enforcing religious purity. The man has been taken into custody, and his identity has not been released.

The ICC pointed out the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom has reported textbooks at the Saudi Arabian government school in Northern Virginia teach, “It is permissible for a Muslim to kill an apostate (a convert from Islam).” (Source)

They say that Islam is a mature and sophisticated belief system, but then they celebrate Ashura every year.

They say that Islam is compatible with Western freedoms, but in country after country, free speech is under attack by Islamists.

To understand what’s at stake, look at the case of Rachel Ehrenfeld, in whose honor it has been nicknamed “Rachel’s Law.” In 2003, Ms. Ehrenfeld, an expert on terrorism who has served as an adviser to the Department of Defense, published “Funding Evil,” a study of how terrorist networks are financed. A Saudi billionaire sued her for libel in Britain, where the burden of proof for such lawsuits is lower than in America. Though only 23 copies of her book had been sold in Britain, its court found against Ms. Ehrenfeld, ordering her to have her book pulped and to pay hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages.

The judgment of the British court cannot be enforced in America. But the cost and burden to Ms. Ehrenfeld of defending the suit sent a message to any writer, or any publisher, contemplating a book on the subject of Islamist terror. “In effect,” wrote a senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, Stanley Kurtz, “the Internet-driven internationalization of publishing is nullifying America’s First Amendment protections.”

Islam Loathes Freedom

As the capital of America’s publishing industry, New York is especially vulnerable to this threat. That’s why the State Legislature unanimously passed, and on April 30 Governor Paterson signed, a state version of Rachel’s Law. “New Yorkers must be able to speak out on issues of public concern without living in fear that they will be sued outside the United States, under legal standards inconsistent with our First Amendment rights,” Mr. Paterson said at the time.

The federal law as drafted won’t end all threats of foreign hassling of American-based journalists. We think of Mark Steyn, whose column regularly appears in these pages. Mr. Steyn spent the last year defending himself against charges brought by the Canadian Islamic Congress that an excerpt from his bestselling book “America Alone” suddenly constituted, when it was published in Maclean’s magazine, an incitement to hatred of Muslims. He was not sued in a regular court, with its legal protections and rules of evidence. Instead, he was hauled up before the Canadian Human Rights Commission, an unaccountable tribunal with sweeping powers to stamp out any speech it considers offensive.

After coming in for unprecedented public criticism over the Steyn case, the commission eventually dismissed the charges against him, though a case before the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal is still pending. The Ehrenfeld and Steyn cases are but two examples in a trend that prompted the New Criterion magazine, along with the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, to host in April a conference on “Free Speech in the Age of Jihad.” The proceedings have just been issued as a pamphlet, underscoring that across the Western world, legal and quasi-legal mechanisms are being used to try to block open criticism of Islam or of prominent Muslims.
