Well, this nation is about to be led over the abyss by a mulatto who has as little character as he has actual black blood. MLK’s much vaunted torch has been handed down to nothing but hucksters, such as Jackson and Sharpton and the likes of that pathetic “Reverend Wright” – all as bereft of character as Obama. But black men of sound character – such as Justice Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Michael Steele, Shelby Steele and other conservative blacks have been consistently reviled by that same community as sell-outs and uncle toms. MLK’s precious people have been reduced into pathetic political pawns, continuously running around with their hands out, crippled by victimhood, enslaved by their past.

Frankly, I now distrust all that I have read about Martin Luther King. Given the snow job we have been getting on Obama, why the hell would I think the fairy tales propagated about MLK aren’t just a fallacious. Was he a communist pawn or a willing player? Was he an adulterous political stooge running around with a bible tucked under his arm, or a man of god impugned by his enemies. Don’t know.

If MLK stands in history, falsely or not, as a man that sought to lift the black man off his knees, then future history, if accurately recorded, will show Obama to be the man who drove this nation down to it’s knees, a nation that has stood as beacon and hope for all mankind.

If that fulfills MLK’s vision, then his vision be damned.

Inauguration of Marxist Commences With Censorship – How Appropriate

While those who are sane in this country view tomorrow’s coronation of the Obamanite with deep sadness and trepidation, teachers indoctrinators  represent a segment of the population sufficiently depraved to find cause to welcome the coming tyranny. True to the foul nature that pervades that degraded profession, Mason School District, in the recently red afflicted state of Ohio, will mark the beginning Obama’s reign with censorship. How appropriate.

Mason school officials said they are taking a proactive educational approach in advance of next week’s planned Inauguration Day activities.

“Inappropriate comments that may make other students, staff or families feel unwelcome or uncomfortable in school or on the bus will not be tolerated,” Superintendent Kevin Bright said in an e-mail sent to parents Monday, Jan. 12.

The district, he said, expects students and staff to show respect for President-elect Obama and the incoming administration, as well as President Bush and the outgoing administration, and recognize that “while the election is a competitive process, our nation’s greatness is displayed when all sides come together for a united country.”

Jeff Schlaeger, Mason High School’s psychologist, said “inappropriate comments” occurred around election week when doctored pictures of Obama appeared at the school, including “derogatory caricatures” of him dressed like a terrorist and signs that read “Obama ’08/Biden ’09.” (source)

I am way too irritated to dig up the post, but a few years ago I communicated with a member of the Mason School Board who protested the special accommodations given muslim students for Ramada. Typical of the progressive whores that they are, the board met this woman’s legitimate complaint with denial, lies and evasion. So it is no surprise that the same school would seek to silence dissent. Unfortunately, Mason School in Ohio is not the only indoctrination camp in America to pursue censorship. With Obama at the helm, it will only get worse.

If you are so inclined, contact this pathetic institution of lower learning and edify them on the first amendment. You know how those damn marxists are – they always forget about those pesky little things called rights. And I do not want to hear a damn thing about students not having speech rights on campus – if teachers have the right to suppress, students damn well need to revolt.

For the sake of this conversation  I’ll use the term leftist.

The left cozy with Islam? If they ain’t cozy, then they sure as hell don’t rub each other the wrong way in the ideological bed that they share. CAIR and other muslim apologists are riding on the coattail of every so-call “social justice” organization that they can hustle, using the same lawsuit intimidation tactics as Jessie Jackson or the ACLU. And their objectives are quite similar; the eradication of Christian influence, the destruction of Israel, censorship under the guise of “hate speech” laws, the end of profiling, a diminished role for America in the world, destruction of capitalism, accommodation to the third world and the middle east – to name just a few items where the left and islamists are in concordance.

The left and islam share the same ideological root system. Call it nihilism, call it post-modern, progressivism, call it anything you wish -  it is a root that produces a virulently anti-human, anti-freedom fruit. You have a selection of totalitarian doctrines that all contend that humans must be collected and herded like cattle, seen as economical units, expendable when too costly to maintain. It all denigrates man into beings less than animals, bereft of individual will and value. Indeed the left elevates animals and reviles man. Muslims and leftists both espouse ideologies that would reduce man to utter misery.

The writer of this post says it quite well. I would add that it is far from an isolated opinion, but the consensus of those who have spent the last several years studying this.

The onset of the 21st Century saw a revival of Leftist radicalism. While the old 1968 hippy generation saw it’s ideals drowned in a cesspool of drugs and experiments in social licentiousness, Post modernism has shed itself of all values: life is futile, man’s efforts are absurd in their presumptuousness and arrogance.

This radical Left movement is just as ready for a scorched earth as radical Islamism is. Whereas the former have nothing left to lose after their ideals collapsed over their ears, the latter are urged to self-sacrifice for a global victory of the collective Ummah. It is a marriage quite literally made in hell: both are negators of the life-force, but for different reasons.

A culture’s implicit sense of life is all-pervasive. Theirs has translated into the negative territory of nihilism and death-worship. For Muslims man is a mere plaything in the hands of a fickle God. To Postmodernists man is a drifter in a purposeless, unknowable universe whose fate is determined by chaos and glandular secretions.

And this is how we got here.
Let’s Get it Right

I try not to lump all Republicans into one net of “evil fascist constitution shredders”.

Certainly you jest. With Obama on record as having taken shots at the constitution throughout his public career, including in his latest overblown speech – surely you do not think the constitution is now safe? And the constitution has been being “shredded” over the course of many decades by all political persuasions – persuasions that all share the same root of antipathy towards the west.

Maybe you should try to see ‘leftists’ as individuals, too.

I do. They are individuals whom I oppose.  I see no grounds for compromise and I care not a whit if a leftist rants  against islam at the top of his lungs if he refuses to see the similarities between it and socialism or Marxism. Of what good are their protests, ala Christopher Hitchens, if they turn around and advocate for a form of government as intrusive and dehumanizing?

Perhaps the left does not recognize their spiritual cousins because they still are carrying around the debunked and discredited Edward Said Orientalism model. Perhaps because they continue to reduce a blood thirsty, beheading jihadist down to the level of an annoying criminal. Maybe, because the left is incapable of naming evil, they are unable to discern the evil in their own and islam’s doctrines. Whatever the reason for the blind spot, the fact remains that, short of divine intervention, the left and islam will lead this world to hell. How they destroy each other along the way will make an interesting, if tragic, sideshow.

And perhaps the collusion between the Hamas jihadists and the world’s leftest communities escaped your attention.  Looks pretty damn cozy to me.

No one shouted “Go Back to the Oven” at the pro-Hamas rallies held in Atlanta in the last few days, but the sentiment was echoed in the messages their organizers promoted. Islamic fundamentalists spouted their hatred at the gatherings far-Left activists called to protest Israel’s self-defense. The unholy alliance met at the CNN Center January 3rd and at the Israeli consulate the previous Tuesday, where CAIR members and Communists blocked traffic, endorsed the annihilation of Israel, dressed in terrorist garb, extolled those plotting a new Holocaust, and equated Jewish self-defense with Nazi genocide.

The tone should be no surprise considering who organized these events. The organizational force behind both was the Atlanta chapter of the International Action Center (IAC). An e-mail from the IAC indicated that Emory Advocates for Justice in Palestine, Athens for Justice in Palestine, and other “peace and justice organizations” would be involved. On site, I discovered these “peace and justice organizations” included the once-laudable Amnesty International – alongside, the International Socialist Organization and the Revolutionary Communist Party. And so while we may not have seen Powell actively capaigning for Obama, we will likely see him campaigning for at least one of Obama’s iniatives.

Resisting Obama

I haven’t listened to Medved in quite awhile, and his post-election column confirms that I’ll be doing myself a favor by continuing to ignore him. He assumes the conciliatory and diplomatic postures held by far too many these past two weeks and I have had my fill of it.

One of the reasons the GOP suffered major reverses across the country involved the perception that they practiced more divisive and angry politics than did the Obama-crats, with his fuzzy, feel-good message of hope and change. By a wide margin, poll respondents identified McCain more than Obama as a candidate who spent most of his time attacking rather than offering a positive vision.

All I heard was McCain chiding his supporters for speaking “The One’s” sacred middle name and advising us that an Obama presidency is not to be feared. Like CAIR and Islamists, the Obamanites and appeasers evade responding to documented facts by condemning them as punitive, calumnious and divisive.

It reminds me of the mentality of those progressive “educators” who deride competition as hurtful. Everyone has to pretend that there are no superior players, that everyone is a winner. If an election between opposing parties fails to reveal the divisions wrought by conflicting ideas, what the hell is the point? Is that how we end up with an American Idol presidency?

Perhaps that is why I am feeling so lethargic of late – thus my absence here – the world has taken on this nebulous, twilight quality. On November 3rd, Obama’s lengthy list of radical affiliations, his documented socialist roots – starting with his communist mother and continuing via one mentor after another throughout his youth – all of this is no longer of any consequence after Nov 5th?
Inaugural Day will not sprinkle fairy dust on Obama. He will not walk through that White House portal and emerge a man miraculously transformed into an America-loving patriot of principle. He will still be Barack Hussein Obama.

Someone commented recently that I harbored harsh opinions about Obama. I responded, more or less, like this:
Primarily it is a position that has developed since 2001, not in response to Obama’s emergence on the scene, but in growing understanding of what the ‘isms of the left are, how they compliment many of islam’s tenets and how the convergence of both, parasitically using each other, could succeed in shrouding this country under a totalitarianism quite like what is slowly suffocating Europe and is now hunkering down over Canada. I have feared this chimera for a long time. Obama simply puts a face on it. For Obama, the collectivism and disdain for individualism inherent in Islam does not feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable as it is also characteristic of the Marxism he subscribes to.

Most of those who have been writing in the anti-jihad vein recognize the ideological affinity that both totalitarian systems enjoy between them. Long ago we realized that the most potent ally Islam has in any nation, is the left. And now we have Obama in office.

Now, all of his philosophical and political kinfolk who have spent the last year camped under the Obama bus are shaking the dust off and rising up to embrace and celebrate their old friend. Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam being one.

And then you have “respected professor” Bill Ayers rising up from the sixties dead like another resuscitated rock star trying to find the juice for one more freaking tour. When will the damn hippies finally freaking lay down and die? What a damn spectacle. But I digress…

Within the circle of men and women that we see gathering around Obama, we can observe the convergence of three virulent strains of oppressive ideologies. The Alinsky trained Obama and Hillary – and most of his cabinet it would seem – preaching the social justice, progressive, Marxist catechism ( all prettied up and dumbed down for the obama electorate), the “Reverend” Jeremiah Wright – black separatist, steeped in liberation theology, and the maniacal bigot Louis Farrakhan – brandishing his black american version of Islam.

Those are some of the reasons that you won’t see me swilling kumbaya Kool-Aid with an outstretched hand waving a white flag. Those that now are populating the Obama administration are a breed of Americans spawned by a malignant culture of narcissism and nihilism. With Obama they now find themselves in power. While most of us in this country, myself included, have been drunk with the surfeit of America’s freedoms and bounty,we have been steadily compromised. Infested. Breached.

And through that breach, sweeping in on Obama’s coat tail, comes multiculturalism at is most legalistic and septic. If you have been as disgusted as I at Bush’s dangerously naive PC obsequiousness to Islam and his hug-an-illegal pandering, be prepared for PC’ism at it’s most egregious.

They’re back, the multiculturalists that is.

For years they’ve been encamped in our universities, and now even our high schools. But with the election of Barack Obama, they’re riding high. We’ll be hearing a great deal about “reaching out” to other cultures and nations, as the age of Obama dawns. Maybe it’s time to ask some serious questions about this term, multiculturalism.(Source)

Pleas and demands to protect our borders, sovereignty and uphold our constitution will be reviled as anachronistic and neanderthal. The sanctity of the individual will be drowned by a incestuous and suffocating collectivism.

The linchpin of Cultural Marxism is cultural determinism, the parent of identity politics and group solidarity. In its turn, cultural determinism was birthed by the Darwinian idea that man is but a soulless animal and therefore his identity is determined by for example, his skin color or his sexual and/or erotic preferences. This proposition rejects the concepts of the human spirit, individuality, free will, and morally informed conscience (paired with personal accountability and responsibility) because it emphatically denies the existence of the God of the Bible.

Consequently, and by extension, it also rejects the first principles of our liberty enumerated in the Declaration of Independence. These are our “unalienable rights, among which are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.” Cultural Marxism must reject these because these principles of liberty “are endowed by our Creator,” who made man in His image.

He did it with a compliant media–did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and . . . change. And the people surely got what they voted for.

As a practical thinker, one not overly prone to emotional decisions, I have a choice: I can either believe what the objective pieces of evidence tell me (even if they make me cringe with disgust); I can believe what history is shouting to me from across the chasm of seven decades; or I can hope I am wrong by closing my eyes, having another latte, and ignoring what is transpiring around me.

Some people scoff at me, others laugh, or think I am foolish, naive, or both. Perhaps I am. But I have never been afraid to look people in the eye and tell them exactly what I believe–and why I believe it.

Senior Yemeni Al-Qaeda: New Attack Planned Against US

Osama bin Laden is planning an attack against the United States that will “outdo by far” September 11, an Arab newspaper in London has reported.

And according to a former senior Yemeni al-Qaeda operative, the terrorist organisation has entered a “positive phase”, reinforcing specific training camps around the world that will lead the next “wave of action” against the West.

The warning, on the front page of an Arabic newspaper published in London, Al-Quds Al-Arabi — and widely reported in the major Italian papers — quotes a person described as being “very close to al-Qaeda” in Yemen.

The paper is edited by Abdel al-Bari Atwan, who is said to be the last journalist to interview Osama bin Laden in 1996. According to the report, bin Laden is himself closely following preparations for an attack against the US and aims to “change the face of world politics and economics”. The operative is quoted as saying that “this will be shown by the fact that we now control a major part of the south of Somalia”.

The ex-operative says he remains in contact with current chiefs of the organisation in Yemen and that only six months ago bin Laden had sent a message to all jihad cells in the Arab world which asked them not to interact with their governments or local political parties and to deny any request for mediation or formal talks.

The source also said that during the next few days the terrorist organisation may send a sign of its violent intentions.

A few things in the statement make sense 1) the end of the truce (“the period of calmness”) in Yemen came as a result of an order from bin Laden, not because of agitation from returnees from Iraq, 2) the continuing importance of the original trusted network of Yemenis, 3) bin Laden’s ability to communicate with people in Yemen.

Here It Comes: Obama To Use Executive Orders For Immediate Impact

WASHINGTON – President-elect Obama plans to use his executive powers to make an immediate impact when he takes office, perhaps reversing Bush administration policies on stem cell research and domestic drilling for oil and natural gas.

John Podesta, Obama’s transition chief, said Sunday Obama is reviewing President Bush’s executive orders on those issues and others as he works to undo policies enacted during eight years of Republican rule. He said the president can use such orders to move quickly on his own.

“There’s a lot that the president can do using his executive authority without waiting for congressional action, and I think we’ll see the president do that,” Podesta said. “I think that he feels like he has a real mandate for change. We need to get off the course that the Bush administration has set.”

Podesta also said Obama is working to build a diverse Cabinet. That includes reaching out to Republicans and independents – part of the broad coalition that supported Obama during the race against Republican John McCain. Defense Secretary Robert Gates has been mentioned as a possible holdover.

Just doing some desultory reading, following up on a google alert I have for Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings. Before the advent of obamassiah, I concentrated most of my attention on the other enemy within – Islam. I wonder how long it will be before the obama nazis make it illegal to refer to muslims as the enemy within. Judging by the constellation of muslim sympathizers and infidel traitors now forming around Obama it won’t be long. Elijah Cummings is just one dark star composing that constellation and his prior support for CAIR is what originally brought him to my attention.

The other names in that CAIR press release, along with those shown below are points in the same converging constellation and how they intersect and who actually navigates within Obama’s inner circle ought to be instructive. Trust me, there will be none in that inner circle who will name islam as the enemy.

Had I kept up with Elijah Cummings activities I’d have found out he was Obama’s man in Maryland.

Twenty months ago, he said yes when Obama called, asking if Cummings would head his campaign in the state. And when Obama won the presidency, the congressman from West Baltimore won big, too.

There are a few interesting things to note about this, otherwise, innocuous article. Not one word is about America, about policy, about, well, the nation’s business. The entire article focuses on a political gamble that will pay off for this opportunistic hustler. You can easily imagine Cummings salivating over his expanded political horizons…“He’s happy to drop references to conversations with “Barack”

His emergence as a Maryland go-to guy for the president-elect is politics at its most elemental: What Cummings did for Obama has made him an obvious conduit.

So, if Cummings is the “obvious conduit” to Obama, it would be interesting to see which  islamists and dhimmis  will be going thru his door seeking a closer position to Obama.  Love to see his email, but, unfortunately, the right doesn’t seem to have any juvenile hackers to pry open his email accounts like they did to Palin.

Over the past two years, he traveled to Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, West Virginia, Arkansas, Virginia and Florida to campaign for Obama. He spent last weekend, two days before his own re-election (he won with almost 80 percent of the vote), spreading the Obama gospel at black churches in Toledo, Ohio.

It would also be interesting to have a list of the “black churches” where he spread the “obama gospel”. I think you would find that many of their pulpits are being pounded by clones of Rev. Wright. And to think I used to love to listen to black gospel singers, used to find comfort in knowing that so many black Americans held fast to the Christian faith. Now I have to look at each black church with suspicion, wondering if they espouse Christian theology or “liberation” theology glazed with a Christian veneer.

Another interesting point made in the article echoes the warning I gave in a post about the continued presence of Obama’s internet cockroaches, the Obamabots. That obama made a point of referring to his legions of internet nazis to Cummings serves to indicate the degree of enthusiasm that this strategy evokes.

He said he believes Obama will use his revolutionary campaign organization to help him govern.

“I remember one time he told me, he says, ‘Elijah, the technology is so important, because I can [even] reach people on the beach. Instantly,’” Cummings said. “If he’s got a problem with the Congress, and the Congress seems reluctant to carry through the agenda that he has put forth, he’s going to text message [supporters] and say, ‘Look, call your congressman. Tell him we need your help.’”

This technolgy, these people, are not working for America. I think this statement by Cummings is quite telling and likely descriptive of most of Obama’s support.

“I believe that I was placed here, to be here at this moment in history, to help him [Obama] accomplish what he needs to accomplish,” said Cummings. “That’s what my goal is now.”

And as most of us well know, Obama’s goals will take us all to hell.

They are typically called trolls, those commenters who come in and spit on your blog, just sputtering, or lying, or caustically belittling you – but never,ever addressing a post’s points or arguments. During the campaign trolls were best represented by the Obamabots – the legions of lackeys employed by Soros/Obama to plague bloggers in a variety of ways.

Well, I have a name for these Obamabot trolls. Since it appears that Hussein will not release his serfs back into everyday life, but intends to allow them to plague all of us online, I think they are far better described as cockroaches. Like cock roaches, they live by stealth in a type of perpetual darkness and have an abiding aversion to the light. Joe Tippi, internet “guru” and a former head cockroach for John Dean, gleefully anticipates that Obama will use his legions of roaches as an attack force.

Trippi predicted that Obama would use his forces, first and foremost, to intimidate congressional foes of his agenda, rally his allies and forge “one of the most powerful presidencies in American history.”

Intimidate. Gee, now that’s really a “new” way of “reaching across the aisle”. But it certainly reflects oboma’s tactics towards those who refused to kiss his ass throughout his campaign. And what the hell is a powerful presidency, one that is achieved via intimidation as part of it’s methodology? The oval office is somehow lacking in power? The man behind that desk needs internet goons? Doesn’t seem that obama has strayed too far from the ‘hood, has he? Maybe one day he’ll wake up and comprehend that America is not a “community” in need of or desirous of being “organized” by thugs.

And obama knows who has been naughty and who has been nice. He has been giving brownie points to his most septic cockroaches.

The profiles that Obama campaigners submitted to the site also reveal which supporters in each district are environmentalists, concerned about health care or keen on government reform.

Moreover, because the so-called “MyBO” site quantified volunteers’ participation and fundraising totals digitally, there’s a numeric score for each participant’s success. It’s even adjusted to give more credit for recent help.

I mourn America. Her spirit, the spirit of liberty, is now in exile. It can not live in a land ruled by fools and strutting despots. My allegiance is to that American spirit and to the Constitution upon which all freedoms flow.

The Battle is Over, the War Begins

But we are a long way from surrender. The battle is over, the war begins. The United States government now falls into the hands of the enemies of this country and civilization for a time or forever. And that is part of what the war is about. The country has been in the hands of people we disagreed with, but never in the hands of people whose views are as diametrically opposed to ours as anything in the Third Reich or the Kremlin. In their hands Federal power becomes enemy power. The more ineffective and tied up they are, the less damage they can do.

The battle against them must be twofold, first to limit the damage they can do while in power, and secondly to plan and prepare to retake Congress and then the White House in a coherent and orderly manner without the chaos and backbiting that has characterized the last year of this campaign. It will be all too easy to fall into the blame game and to let it devour us, too much of the conservative movement and the anti-jihad blogsphere is already fractured. The goal now must be to heal those fractures, to create unity around a single purpose, to liberate America again.

RICK LEVENTHAL: i do not even know where to begin, but we have reached a polling place in the city of philadelphia. one of the two black panthers who was allegedly blocking the door is standing right over here, with an accused us of intimidating voters because we were here with a camera and microphone. he did not answer questions, other people here have confirmed that another person in black panther attire was holding a night stick and apparently the concern was that they were intimidating people who were trying to go inside to vote. a republican poll observer actually called the police, the police were here and we miss them, they came and left. that person called the police is here. why don’t you tell us — step down off the curb, if you do not mind. what is going on here?

CITIZEN: we got a phone call that there was intimidation going on. i walked up to the door, two gentlemen in black panther guard, one brandishing a nightstick, standing in front of the door. they closed ranks as i walked up. i am a veteran, that does not scare me. i went inside and found full- watchers, they said they had been here for an hour — i went inside and found poll-watchers, they said that they had said not to let people outside because black people are going to win no matter what. at that point, i spoke to him, we would not get into a fistfight, i said, and i called the police.

LEVENTHAL: the person with the nightstick was escorted away, which i just confirmed inside. but the implication is that you were telling me that the black panthers were there to intimidate white voters from coming to this location?

CITIZEN: anyone who is not going their way, i do not know. someone in front of a polling place with a nightstick, that is intimidating for all voters.

LEVENTHAL: this is the first time i have heard of black panthers being stationed outside of a polling place. the one gentleman who is still here, he is a poll-watcher?

CITIZEN: yes, and he can wear what he wants.

LEVENTHAL: the other person was not allowed to be there with a nice that?

CITIZEN: you cannot stand with a nightstick anywhere, that is a weapon. obviously, you cannot stand around with a weapon menacingly in your hand under any circumstances.

LEVENTHAL: that is situation, as far as we know it. we have heard of other incidents in the city, including voting machines breaking down. we heard of an incident not far from here where far — all three machines broke down. people did wait, most of them. lines have dissipated. i have not made it inside yet, we had a skirmish in front of the door. apparently there is voting going on as well. at this point, apparently anyone who wants to vote here can vote here.

SKINNER: i know that they do not have enough people to man ever falling site, but as far as you understand the police have come and gone. is anyone monitoring in case someone is still hanging around?

Even so, yanking out the signs and running like a scared rabbit back to my idling car was one of the single-most exhilarating and empowering political acts that I have ever done.

This fool, Busse, actually considers stealing McCain-Palin signs as something “empowering” or laudatory. The picture to your right illustrates a “political act”, you idiotic poser. I imagine that all Iraqis with a purple finger might be able to expand your understanding of what actually constitutes an “exhilarating political act”.

And this milquetoast, castrated, wanna-be radical is orgasmic with the thrill of stealing signs. And of course he uses several paragraphs rationalizing and justifying. These are the caliber people voting Obama.

Today, national politics amounts to slick TV ads and choreographed stump speeches. A vote often feels like a raindrop in an ocean. But this illicit act of civil disobedience was something visceral. It was unscripted and raw expression. It was a chance to stop talking about theories and projections and get my hands dirty. Of course, I realized there was the very real chance my antics in rural Minnesota would be met with a shotgun, or at least a hockey dad tackling me.

I correspond with one man who did just that. Dismayed and disillusioned he went from theories to practice. He ditched a cushy job, cast aside his degrees and spent the next 15 years working in mission houses throughout America. Let’s see what Mr. “raw expression” feels about theories if he actually lives a raw life amongst those that he and the Obamanites of the world deem needful of their damnable government teats and nanny controls.

Freaking diploma trash, that’s all these depraved and hollowed-out academicians are – certainly they are indicative of some severe defect in human DNA. No wonder intellectuals were once a hated class. They damn well deserve it.

Update: Looks like the little freak Busse has been asked to resign from his temporary teaching position from St. Olaf College. I hope he finds his unemployment “exhilarating.”

What Will We Hear From Iraq Once Obama Rules?

I wonder if Rep. Rosa L. DeLauro, (D-Conn.) and Rep. John Dingell, (D-Mich.) have been fitted for their Obama brown shirts yet. If we expect to hear the truth about events in Iraq after the Obama steals office, we likely are going to be hard pressed to find it. Even more so than we have been.

FCC Probe Signals Democratic Attack Machine

A Federal Communications Commission investigation of on-air military analysts is providing a glimpse of what Democrats and an Obama administration will do to critics once they capture Washington.

The FCC has sent letters to some of the nation’s most prominent military analysts — some of them pro-President Bush and pro-war — suggesting they may have broken the law when they appeared on television stations to comment on and explain the war on terrorism.

The FCC investigation raises the question of whether a Democrat-controlled Congress and White House next year will investigate — and perhaps criminalize — all sorts of actions taken by the Bush administration. Obama is leading in all presidential polls, while Democrats are set to greatly increase their hold on the House and Senate.

The probe is sending chills through the ranks of military commentators, some of them decorated war heroes who share their expertise with millions of lay viewers. They see it as one in a series of moves the Left is making to intimidate and shut up its critics.

Tom McInerney, a Fox News analyst, told HUMAN EVENTS. “It may be the most invasive intrusion that we have seen in our history. There will be more of these tactics to follow.”

Said retired Army Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely, one of Fox’s first defense analysts, “It’s an affront to freedom of speech. As retired officers, we’re private citizens and can say anything we want under the First Amendment. The whole thing was to explain to the American people what was going on in war and analyzing it.”

And something tells me they don’t mean Al Qaeda.

Now Obama Blames Farmers for Pollution and Obesity

In a recent interview with Time magazine, Obama cited an article written by Michael Pollan, a professor and longtime critic of U.S. farm policies. As Obama described it, Pollan’s article was about “the fact that our entire agricultural system is built on cheap oil.”

Obama told Time: “As a consequence, our agriculture sector actually is contributing more greenhouse gases than our transportation sector … and are partly responsible for the explosion in our health care costs because they’re contributing to Type 2 diabetes, stroke and heart disease, obesity, all the things that are driving our huge explosion in health care costs.”

So, I wonder how Obama intends to put us on a diet.  Given his authoritarian disposition, with a thought recalling Stalin’s use of food as a means of control, one wonders where Obama will go with his line of thought. Keep in mind that Soros is a major factor in Obama’s ascendancy and the global politics that Soros is pivotal in orchestrating have nothing to do with American freedoms and capitalism. The key signature of the Soros and Obama is control. And if you control energy, control the food production, control the banks, well I think what you have is Obama’s world. Oh he won’t be the key puppet past his four to eight years, but he’ll walk us through the gates of hell.

At April’s G7 meeting of finance ministers in Washington, the World Bank issued statements warning of the impoverishment of entire regions of the world as the result of the food crisis, a situation they believe will not change in the coming year.

Robert Zoellick, President of the World Bank, issued a statement at the same meeting, stating that the rise in food prices would be likely to nullify the fight against poverty.

As the saying goes, “no shit, Sherlock!”

These guys can make their statements with confidence, because they know of the activities of speculative kingpin, George Soros, and people like him. For those unaware, Soros was behind the near collapse of the British Pound in 1992.

Georgie has moved on from currency speculation. That form of profiteering only caused economic hardship. Today, he is aiming fairly and squarely at human death. On the 18th June, Goergie told a Budapest newspaper: “Rather than expecting energy prices to go down somehow, we should accept that it must go further up first, for us to be able to solve the [long-term] problem. Prices must go up first so as to encourage people to consume less.”

Georgie’s mechanism for pushing prices up is typified by his recent acquisition of all the commodities trading and merchandising business of the giant multi-national ConAgra Foods. This aquisition was made by a private investment fund managed by Soros Fund Management LLC, acting as part of a consortium with New York hedge fund Ospraie Management and New York asset manager General Atlantic. The $2.8 billion deal is estimated as the largest acquisition ever by a hedge fund.

The agreement includes 144 ConAgra facilities, located primarily in North America. Renamed Gavilon, the new company provides physical distribution and merchandising of grains, feed ingredients, fertilizer, and energy products; as well as agriculture, energy, and other commodity trading activities, and “risk management services” — i.e., commodity futures derivatives speculation.

It doesn’t stop there. It goes without saying that Georgie is right in there pushing biofuels. Another string to the bow, the biofuels insanity is a strategy that even the greenies don’t want. The ConAgra operations provide “procurement and marketing services” for ethanol and bio-diesel producers, supply chain infrastructure, as well as financial hedging.

Schroders Plans to Raise $480 Million for Global Farmland Fund

- Schroders Plc, the U.K.’s largest publicly traded money manager, will create a 250 million-pound ($480 million) fund to invest in farmland around the globe, as prices for agricultural land rise with gains in commodity prices.
